Return, Inspection & Order Cancellation Policy

Product Inspection at Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect the product in the presence of the delivery representative upon receiving the order. If the customer does not wish to keep the product, it must be returned immediately to the delivery representative at the time of delivery.

Once the product has been accepted, used, worn, resized, damaged, or taken away from the delivery representative, return requests will not be accepted unless covered under a valid warranty or product defect policy.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

EROVA Watch reserves the right to refuse, hold, or cancel any order without prior notice if we determine that the order presents a risk to our business operations. This may include, but is not limited to, customers with a history of repeated order rejections, failed deliveries, fraudulent activities, misuse of return policies, or any delivery history that indicates a high likelihood of unsuccessful order completion.

Such decisions are made at our sole discretion to ensure fair service for all customers.
